About This Product
Threaded Elbow
GS MetalFit manufactures and supplies forged Threaded Elbows designed to connect two sections of piping while providing a change in direction. Threaded Elbows are commonly available in 45° and 90° configurations and are used where a secure screwed connection is required.
Our Threaded Elbows are available in different pressure classes, thread configurations and material grades to suit a variety of piping requirements. The threaded connection provides a practical option for applications where welding is not preferred.
The product range includes stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloy and copper-nickel Threaded Elbows. Products can be supplied in standard and customized specifications according to customer requirements.

Stainless Steel Forged Threaded Elbow
ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F306, F316L, F304H, F309S, F309H, F310S, F310H, F316Ti, F316H, F316LN, F317, F317L, F321, F321H, F347, F347H and F904L. ASTM A312 / A403 TP304, TP304L, TP316 and TP316L grades are also included in the supplied material range where applicable.
Alloy Steel Forged Threaded Elbow
ASTM / ASME A182, A335 and A234 grades including P1, P5, P9, P11, P12, P22, P23 and P91. Applicable ASTM / ASME A691 grades can also be supplied according to project requirements.
Carbon Steel Forged Threaded Elbow
ASTM / ASME A105, A350 LF2, A53 Grade A & B, A106 Grade A, B & C, API 5L Grade B, X42, X46, X52, X60, X65 and X70, along with applicable A691 grades.
Duplex & Super Duplex Forged Threaded Elbow
ASTM A182 F51, F53, F55, S31803, S32205, S32550, S32750, S32760 and S32950.
Nickel Alloy Forged Threaded Elbow
