About This Product
Threaded Hex Nipple
GS MetalFit manufactures and supplies Threaded Hex Nipples designed to connect two threaded piping components through a secure male-threaded connection. A Hex Nipple is a short pipe fitting with male threads at both ends and a hexagonal center section that provides a convenient surface for installation and tightening.
Our Threaded Hex Nipples are available in different pressure classes, thread configurations and material grades to meet a variety of piping requirements. Thread types can include NPT, BSP and BSPT, where applicable.
The product range includes stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloy and copper-nickel materials. Products can be supplied in standard and customized sizes, dimensions, material grades and configurations according to specified project requirements.

ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316L, F304H, F309S, F309H, F310S, F310H, F316Ti, F316H, F316LN, F317, F317L, F321, F321H, F347, F347H and F904L. ASTM A312 / A403 TP304, TP304L, TP316 and TP316L grades can also be supplied where applicable.
Alloy Steel Threaded Hex Nipple
ASTM / ASME A182, A335 and A234 grades including P1, P5, P9, P11, P12, P22, P23 and P91. Applicable A691 grades can be supplied according to project requirements.
Carbon Steel Threaded Hex Nipple
ASTM / ASME A105, A350 LF2, A53 Grade A & B, A106 Grade A, B & C, API 5L Grade B, X42, X46, X52, X60, X65 and X70. Applicable A691 grades can also be supplied according to project requirements.
Duplex & Super Duplex Threaded Hex Nipple

Nickel Alloy Threaded Hex Nipple

Copper & Copper-Nickel Threaded Hex Nipple
ASTM / ASME SB111 and SB466 materials including UNS C10100, C10200, C10300, C10800, C12000, C12200, C70600 and C71500. Copper-Nickel grades include Cu-Ni 90/10 and Cu-Ni 70/30.
