Washers
GS MetalFit manufactures and supplies Washers used with bolts, screws and nuts to distribute fastening loads and support reliable mechanical connections. Depending on the design, washers can also be used for spacing, load distribution, vibration control, locking and wear protection.
Our range includes plain washers, flat washers, spring washers, lock washers, fender washers, square washers, star washers, wave washers, bevel washers and other specialized washer configurations.
Washers can be supplied in stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloys and copper-nickel materials. Standard and customized sizes are available according to applicable specifications, customer drawings and project requirements.

Carbon Steel Washers
Applicable carbon steel grades and specifications including ASTM A307 and other grades according to the required application and applicable standard.
Alloy Steel Washers
Applicable ASTM / ASME A193 / A194 grades including B6, B7, B7M, B16, Grade 2, 2HM, 2H and Grade 6, according to project requirements.
Nickel Alloy Washers
Applicable ASTM / ASME nickel alloy specifications including SB336, SB564, SB160, SB163 and SB472. Available material grades include Nickel 200, Nickel 201, Monel 400, Alloy 20, Inconel 825, Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Inconel 625 and Hastelloy C276.
Copper & Copper-Nickel Alloy Washers
Applicable ASTM / ASME SB111 and SB466 materials including UNS C10100, C10200, C10300, C10800, C12000, C12200, C70600 and C71500. Copper-Nickel materials include Cu-Ni 90/10 and Cu-Ni 70/30.
