Threaded Cross
GS MetalFit manufactures and supplies forged Threaded Crosses designed to provide four-way branch connections in piping systems. These fittings connect four sections of pipe or tube and are available in Equal, Unequal and Reducing configurations for different piping arrangements.
Threaded Crosses use screwed connections such as NPT, BSP and BSPT, providing a practical connection option for applications where a threaded assembly is preferred. Their compact forged construction makes them suitable for small-bore piping systems where secure connections and dimensional accuracy are important.
GS MetalFit Threaded Crosses are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, duplex, super duplex, nickel alloy and copper-nickel materials. Products can be supplied in different sizes, pressure classes, thread configurations and material grades according to specified project requirements.

ASTM A182 F304, F304L, F316L, F304H, F309S, F309H, F310S, F310H, F316Ti, F316H, F316LN, F317, F317L, F321, F321H, F347, F347H and F904L. ASTM A312 / A403 TP304, TP304L, TP316 and TP316L grades can also be supplied where applicable.
Alloy Steel Forged Threaded Cross
ASTM / ASME A182, A335 and A234 grades including P1, P5, P9, P11, P12, P22, P23 and P91. Applicable A691 grades including 1 CR, 1¼ CR, 2¼ CR, 5 CR, 9 CR and 91 can also be supplied according to project requirements.
Carbon Steel Forged Threaded Cross
ASTM / ASME A105, A350 LF2, A53 Grade A & B, A106 Grade A, B & C, API 5L Grade B, X42, X46, X52, X60, X65 & X70, and applicable ASTM / ASME A691 grades.
Duplex & Super Duplex Steel Forged Threaded Cross
ASTM A182 F51, F53, F55, UNS S31803, S32205, S32550, S32750, S32760 and S32950.
Nickel Alloy Forged Threaded Cross
Applicable ASTM / ASME nickel alloy specifications including SB336, SB564, SB160, SB163 and SB472. Available nickel alloy grades include Nickel 200, Nickel 201, Monel 400, Alloy 20, Inconel 825, Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Inconel 625 and Hastelloy C276.
Copper & Copper-Nickel Forged Threaded Cross
ASTM / ASME SB111 and SB466 materials including UNS C10100, C10200, C10300, C10800, C12000, C12200, C70600 and C71500. Copper-Nickel grades include Cu-Ni 90/10 and Cu-Ni 70/30.
